Design Concept
The Luxe is the corporate headquarters for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, located at 1301 Fannin St in Downtown Houston. Inspired by the company credo, the space is to provide a warm and comfortable workspace focused on service, experience, and luxury. The design is to uniquely incorporate biophilic design through the senses. To enhance the experience and luxury and enliven the senses a water feature wall at the reception is part of the design. Glass enclosed areas have also been included to maximize visibility with nature and also for acoustical reasons. Textured finishes, natural materials, neutral color palette, and fresh floral arrangements. All to evoke the senses of all users in the space. As for service, the design includes amenities such as a full- service concierge, two accessible showers and a wellness room.
