Client Profile

A multigenerational community where young professionals from the Heights area can build a community and create connections with older and younger generations. A place where all generations can create connections with nature and other living beings. 

A community where the baby boomer generations serve as mentors for the millennial generations, and the millennials can be mentors to the digital generations.

Design Concept

An oasis.
Discovering the richness of living within a small, diverse
community that nurtures a family-like environment.

Designing a cohousing residence that will reduce the
carbon footprint by sharing resources and spaces, while
building a connection to nature and others.


A cohesive and intentional space that promotes social
interactions among all age groups, connecting young
professionals with both older and younger generations.
Private living dwellings and shared spaces are to be
surrounded by a large, open green space intended
for recreation and meditation. The community is to
also include an edible garden adjacent to a large,
common house with indoor/outdoor space suitable for
engaging in shared activities and meals.
